Our Love Story is the trading name of Starshadia Steed (the "seller", "we", "us", "the Service"). The seller operates this website and sells through it. By creating an account or using the Service, you are contracting with the seller, Starshadia Steed, trading as Our Love Story, and you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Our Love Story turns your wedding photos and stories into a personalized digital wedding magazine, a printable wedding-year calendar, and AI-assisted photo edits. All products are digital downloads — nothing physical is shipped.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive, including spam.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property.
• Upload unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or images of people without their consent.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service — no malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to bypass technical limits or payment requirements.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its templates.

Paid AI edits are performed on photos you upload. You are responsible for your photos, for how you use the edited results, and for having the rights to the images you submit. AI output may be imperfect; always review your edit before downloading your magazine. We may refuse or filter edits that violate these terms.

We own the Service, its software, designs, templates, and branding. You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the Service to you. Your finished magazine, calendar, and edited photos are yours to keep and share for personal use.

All products are one-time purchases of digital goods. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes as calculated by Paddle.

Because our products are digital downloads that you preview in full before paying, you are responsible for checking names, dates, photos, and details carefully before purchase. Delivery is by download from your account once payment is confirmed.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your saved magazines may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions about an order, refund, or billing are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.
