Fair and simple
Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Every product on Our Love Story is a digital download — a magazine PDF, a wedding calendar PDF, or an AI photo edit. You can preview your magazine, calendar, and photo edits in full before you pay, so please check names, dates, and photos carefully before purchasing.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. Paddle's handling of refunds is governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
A note on AI photo edits
Each AI edit shows a preview before you apply it. Once an edit has been applied to your photo, the edit is considered used — but the 30-day guarantee above still applies if something went wrong.
